At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Thursday, June 4, 2009, at
10:00 a.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Abraham, Gault, Watkins, and
Mayor Paxton (4). Commissioner Kaler was unable to attend (1).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Gault offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Watkins, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 4, 2009, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Gault, Watkins and Mayor
Paxton (4).
The Mayor and Commissioners participated in a tour of the Infiniti Plastic Technologies
facility. McCracken County Fiscal Court Judge Van Newberry, County Deputy Judge
Doug Harnice and Evelyn Smith, Judge's secretary also participated.
