A meeting was held on March 15, 2005, at 7:30 a.m., at the Four Rivers Behavioral
Health Facility Conference Room to hear a presentation of Paducah -McCracken County's
United Way's Voices Project. Mayor Paxton and Commissioner Guess were present.
Invitations were sent to the City of Paducah Board of Commissioners, McCracken
County Fiscal Court, Paducah Public School Board of Education and the McCracken
County School Board of Education.
Also, listed on the agenda was a briefing by Tom Barnett, City Planning Director, for the
City -County Comprehensive Plan.
A Called Meeting Notice was sent to the news media. Due to a quorum not being present
minutes were not taken.
