PERKINS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City of Paducah and Jonathan W. Perkins for employment as Finance Director of the City of Paducah. SECTION 2.
