A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held at the Luther F. Carson Four
Rivers Center in the Ingram Room at 1:30 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2005 and at 8:00 a.m.,
Tuesday, March 8, 2005. Those present were Mayor Paxton, Commissioners Coleman,
Guess, Sirk and Smith (5).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Sirk offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the Notice of
Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for 1:30 p.m.,
Monday, March 7, and for Tuesday, March 8 at 8:00 a.m. be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Sirk, Smith and
Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session with Lyle Sumek as
facilitator.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 5:30 p.m. on March 7, 2005, and at 5:00 p.m. on
March 8, 2005.
