Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4: 30 p.m., on March 17, 1975, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Brumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Memorandum of Insurance issued by CarolinaL,Casualty Insurance Company to Kelley Transportation, Inc. for a period of one year from February 22 , 1975 , be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby , Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Brumley, that the executed copy of the contract between the City of Paducah and West Kentucky Equipment Company for sale to the city of various parts to be used in the repair of a Case 1150 track loader, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas , Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Brumley, that the claim of Floyd Carter in the amount of $41.86 for damage to his 1970 Ford LTD caused by being struck by a City of Paducah Inspection Department vehicle, be allowed, and that the City Treasurer be authorized to pay said claim after first obtaining a complete and final release.
