Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner_ Hornsby; -that the _executed
copies of the -Notice of Called Meetin g to be held at 2: 00 p . m .- ;-on December 18,-1973, be received
and filed: ° Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, -Commissioners-Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert,' Puryear
and Mayor McNutt (5) .
Mayor McNutt made the - following, appointment:
The term of Coy Stacey, a member of the, Paducah McCracken County Recreational,
and Convention Commission, will expire December 31, 1973, and the said Coy Stacey has declined
reappointment and the Restaurant Association having submitted the name of P. J. Grumley,
president of the Western Kentucky Restaurant Association, to, -act _ as its representative on said
Commission., I hereby appoint. P i J Grumley as a member of :said, Commission for a term beginning
January 1, 197�and expiring December 31, 1976 jointly with. the Judge of McCracken County,
so that said Commission -will -now consist of the' -following members to serve the following prescribed
terms:

Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the
Certificate of Insurance issued by State Farm Fire and Casualty Company to Cooper Plumbing &
Heating Company, for a period of one year from August 16, 1973, together with Bond in the amount
of $1, 000.00 dated November 8, 1973, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) .
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that
Exonerations prepared and delivered by the City Treasurer, being numbers 20808 through 20944
and 21028 through W58, be received and filed, and that the amounts of same totaling $34,563.08
be exonerated on the tax bills shown and designated by said Exonerations. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) .
Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the
following bids on parking meters be received and filed:

that the Certificate of Jnsurance'issued by State Farm Fire and`Casualty Company -to Wade
Tilford Plumbing-& Repair,' -for a°period ofone year frorn--September 1, 1973,'together--with "Bond
in the amount of $1,000.00 dated October 27, 1973, be`received, approved and filed. Adopted

entitled 7AN- ORDINANCE PROPOSING ANNEXATION' OY- CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
WEST.AND SOUTHWEST CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; DEFINING
ACCURATELY THE BOUNDARY OF -THE TERRITORY PROPOSED TO `BE ANNEXED ,-AND DECLARING
THE DESIRABILITY AND NECESSITY OF SUCH ANNEXATION", be adopted. Adopted on call of the
- Roll. Yeas, Commissioners Harvey', Hornsby, Lambert,-Puryear' and Mayor McNutt (5) .

OF PADUCAH-; KENTUCKY; 'FOR THE'YEAR 19-73; REVISINQ AND'AMENDING THE APPROPRIATION
OF THE PUBLI.C-FUNDS REVENUE AND INCOME ON HAND AND' -COLLECTED AND" TO BE COLLECTED
IN -SAID. YEAR; -::AUTHORIZING .THE TRANSFER OF UNUSED APPROPRIATIONS FOR ONE` -PURPOSE TO
ANOTHER PURPOSE; 'MAKING SUCH'TRANSFER.S.`APPROPRIAT-ING AVAILABLE REVENUES NOT INCLUDE
IN THE BUDGET FOR SAID YEAR; FIXING THE APPORTIONMENT OF THE PUBLIC FUNDS YOR THE
PURPOSES SPECIFIED THEREIN; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", be
