Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m., on October 16, 1973, be received and filed. Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ONE (1) 1938 GENERAL FIRE TRUCK AS SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE TO WALTER GREGORY PADUCAH KENTUCKY,- FOR THE SUM OF $1,500.0011, be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) .
