Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m., on October 16, 1973, be received and filed. Adopted on call' of -the Roll, Yeas , Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5). tom missioner, 5). Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Summary of Income and Expenses submitted by the Kelley Transportation Company, Inc. for bus service within the City of Paducah for the month of September, 1973, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ONE (1) 1938 GENERAL FIRE TRUCK AS SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE TO WALTER GREGORY PADUCAH KENTUCKY,- FOR THE SUM OF $1,500.0011, be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . ' Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner 'Puryear, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE RELATING. TO A- ,PROPOSED HIGHWAY PROJECT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PERTAINING. TO. A TRAFFIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE COMMONWEALTH" , be adopted.
