Approve appointment of Civic Beautifi- cation Board Appoint Mrs. Herbert Simp,, Human Rights Commission Board of Commissioners City of July 24, 1973 At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber P in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at -7:30 p.m., on July '24; '1973, Mayor McNutt presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: „Commissioners Hornsby Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4), Commissioner Harvey -being absent. Mayor McNutt offered 'motion , seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the reading of the -Minutes for July 10 and 1`7, 1973 be'waived and that" `the Minutes of said meetings prepared by the City -Clerk be 'approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby;' Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) Mayor McNutt made'the following appointment: Chalres Clark having resigned as a member'of`the 'Paducah Planning Commission, y I hereby, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, appoint -Mrs. Walter R. Penny to serve as a member of said Commission for the remainder of the term of the said Charles Clark, so that said Commission shall now be composed of the following members: Andrew S .
