No. 101 July 17:: 1 At a called meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4:30 P.M. on July 17, 1973, Mayor McNutt presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Comm`issi, e'rs•Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) .' Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded'by Commissioner Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners receive and file copy_ of a motion ado ted by the Paducah Planning Commission on July 16, 1973, recommending closing of a portion of Kruger Street lying between Oak Grove'Cemetery and Northy 21st Street. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner 'Harvey, that the Board of Commissioners receive andlile copy of a motion adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on July.16, 1973, recommending closing of a portion of an alley with an existing turn -a -round, located at the rear of the Bible Baptist Educational Building on North 10th Street, subject to the dedication of a 24 x 165 foot strip of -land for a_n alley. , Adopted on call o .the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear. and Mayor McNutt Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by, Commissioner Harvey,_ that Exonerations prepared -,and delivered by the City Treasurer numbered 20339 through .20807 inclusive be received and filed and the amounts of same totaling $19,377.,41 be exonerated on tax bills shown and designated by said Exonerations.
