Mills Civil service Edward Wade Civil Service Septic Tank Waste Permit required Amend Section 62 Paducah Zoning Ord. Sell land along U.S. 60 to Commonwealth of Kentucky / 11. Thomas Rothrock, Jr., an Applicant -candidate in the Fire Department, has 9/ satisfactorily completed the -60 day -;training -period as such applicant=candidate.as provided by ordinance-, he -is hereby appointed a fireman in -the Fire Department.., at a salary of $530 per month, effective June 11, 1973. 12. Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE CREATING DIVISION 3 'SEPTIC TANK WASTE' OF ARTICLE 111 'SEWER SERVICE CHARGES' OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY CREATING NEW SECTIONS KNOWN AS SECTIONS 32.70 ET SEQ. OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING- COMMISSION RESPECTING THEAMEN,DMENT;OF SECTION -62-1. SUB -SECTION 62.05 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1971, AND AMENDING SAID ORDINANCE", be adopted. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF -HIGHWAYS, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED ALONG U.. S.
