Mayor McNutt made .the following appointments: The terms of office of Ed Cain and Kelly Crayne asmembers of the Civil Service Commission having expired, I. hereby, subject to the approval of the-.Boa:rd- of- Com- missioners, appoint B. J. Bond.to replace Ed Cain.for a term expiring December 9,-1974, and appoint Leo Hunter to replace Kelly Crayne for term expiring December, 9, 1975, so that said Commission shall .now be composed of the :following members: James Curtis whose term expires December 9, 1973 B.
