Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the Release and Certification of Tilford Plumbing and Heating, Inc., dated March 21, 1973, acknowledging full payment by the City to the contractor and certifying full payment by the contractor for all labor and material for the Kennedy -Lone Oak Road Sewer Extension Project, be received and filed. Roberts, concrete finisher in the Street Department, be reclassified as foreman in said department, effective April 2, 1973, at a salary of $635.00 per month. Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Hattie Lewis of the northeast corner of Lot No. 131 in Block No. 9 of the Rushing Addition to;Oa.k.Grove Cemetery for the sum of $100.00 (Receipt No. 11543) and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave.
