Kerley as a member of the Commissioners of Water Works having expired, I hereby, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, appoint James Cartwright for a term of three years, so that said Commission shall be composed of the following members: Charles A. Wahl whose term expires January 6, 1974 Robert C. Morrow whose term expires January 6, 1975- W. W. Howe, effective March 21, 1973 Jack F. Harrigan, effective -March 21:,..1,97.3 Jessie W. Thomasson, effective March 21, 1973 Bobby Joe Layne, effective March 2-2, 1973 Neal M. Oney, effective March 26, 1973 Said salaries shall be paid from the Contingent Account of the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. I further move that all pump operators previously employed and whose pay had n heretofore been designated to be paid from Revenue Sharing Funds shall hereafter be paid from Revenue Sharing Funds until their termination. Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Certificate of Insurance issued by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company to B.H. Green and Son, for a period of one year from March 12, 1973, be received, approved and filed. Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the bid of Emulsified Asphalt Company for furnishing the City of Paducah its requirement of asphalt for the year 1973, be received and filed. Commissioner Harvey offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that a resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 1973 FOUR DOOR AUTOMOBILE FOR THE USE OF THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE", be adopted.
