Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m. on February 20, 1973, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Mundy Funeral Home of the northwest corner of Lot No. 137 in Block No. 9 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the supplemental agreement dated February 20, 1973 by and between Schimpeler-Corradino Associates and the City of Paducah, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Lambert o ffered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that upon recommendation of the City Manager, the following personnel changes be made: 1. That Carolyn Shaw, Girls Gymnastics Assistant, in the Park Department, be terminated effective February 15, 1973. 2. That the pay of the following street repairmen be changed to $2.83 per hour, retroactive to February 5, 1973: Harold Claypool Lester D. Herndon Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . �r Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that copie n of motions adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on February 19, 1973, recommending closing of portions of Maggie Street, Leiberman Street and a 16 foot alley in Block 13 o Gilson, Rock and Tully Addition, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the Contract between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and Community Program Consultants, Inc., for engineering services to be rendered in the design and construction of various street improvements in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed with the Minutes of this meeting. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Ta lberi Airport Audit 1972 t File bids cars Inspection Dept Execute contra c� Community Prog. ,, Consultants St. Improvement Repeal Ordinanc sell lots to Salvation Army Accept bid Lassiter McKi MAXI -VAN 1Y 21 Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Henry E Talbert of a parcel of ground in Oak Grove Cemetery, being 10 feet by 10 feet and located in the southwest corner of Lot No. 101 in Section 7, for the sum of $200.00. I further move that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery property. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the Audit Report of the Paducah Aorport Corporation for the year ending December 31, 1972, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that the following bids for sale to the City of two new 1973 economy type automobiles for use in the Inspection Department, be received and filed: Allan Rhodes, Inc. Ray H. Mullen Motor Company, Inc. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Lambert offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WITH COMMUNITY PROGRAM CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY" , be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be gut ; upon its final passage . Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING! THE BID OF SALVATION ARMY OF PADUCAH, A GEORGIA CORPORATION, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OFA THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOTS 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 AND 14 IN BLOCK 3 OF THE J. N. BAILEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK 'A', PAGE 234, IN THE McCRACKEN COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE, FOR THE SUM OF $3,750.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED WITH REVERSIONARY CLAUSE', WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 16, 1973", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4). Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF LASSITER & McKINNEY DODGE, INC., FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) 15 PASSENGER MAXI VAN FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF SENIOR CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE" , be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . No. 22 Proceedings of Trains obstructing Streets Accept bid { Allan Rhodes 2 cars for Inspection Department Board of Commissioners City of Paducah February 20, 1973 Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-4 'OBSTRUCTION OF STREETS BY TRAINS' OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY" , be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Mayor McNutt offered motion seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF TWO (2) 1973 MAVERICK, TWO DOOR SEDAN AUTOMOBILES FOR USE BY THE CITY INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE" , be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage.
