Hill Billy Copinand Employ temporary employees in Parks 253 June 25. -1974 At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held -in the Commission Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, ay '7: 30 P.M., on June 25, 1974, Mayor McNutt presided and upon call of the Roll the p following answered, to.their names: .Commissioners Coleman, Hornsby,, Puryear and Mayor McNutt- (4), Commissioner Brumley being absent. Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the reading of the Minutes for June 11 and June A, 1974 be waived and that the Minutes of said meetings prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (4) . Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the formal request of David Jeffords and William McManus for arbitration of their grievances be received and filed. Commissioner Coleman offered 'motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the claim of Mrs. Mayme Ford in the amount of $350.00; for damage to her 1966 automobile caused when struck by a Refuse Department ' ' tmentvehicle driven by Robert E. Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that upon recommendation of the City Manager the following change be made in personnel: Dennis W. McCoy, truck driver in the street department, be promoted to concrete_ finisher in the same department, retroactive to June 24, 1974.
