Schoening-Par File contract White Farms File Agreement Biagi -Hannan & Associates West End Sewer Study At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4: 30 p.m. on May 28, 1974, Mayor McNutt presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered. to their names: Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4: 30 p.m. on May 28, 1974, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Brumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Bond of Enis A. Reynolds in the amount of $1,500. 00 dated May 20, 1974, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by -Commissioner Brumley, that the Certificate of Insurance issued by Reliance Insurance Company to the City of Paducah covering work done by Jimar- Paving Company, together with a Performance and Payment Bond executed by said Company as Principal,and The Aetna Casualty and -Surety -Company as Surety, be received, approved and filed .. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that upon the recommendation of the City Manager, the following personnel changes be made: 1. The resignation of Raymond M. Larson, Assistant Corporation Counsel, be received, filed and accepted with regret, effective June 14, 1974. 2. Spencer H. Dulaney be employed as temporary truck driver in the Parks Department, at a salary of $2.25 per hour, retroactive to May 20, 19-74. 3. C,:larence. E. Schoening be employed as temporary mechanic in the Parks Department, at a salary of $3.00 per hour, retroactive to May 24, 1974. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the executed copy of the contract between the City of Paducah and White Farms be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Coleman, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) . Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copy of the Agreement, dated May 22, 1974, between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and Biagi -Hannan and Associates, Inc. for engineering services in connection with the West End Sewer Extension Study, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Proceedings of Board of Commissioners Accept bid Kentucky i Machinery, Inc. Commissioner Puryear offered motion,"seconded-by Commissioner Hornsby, that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE _BID _-OF KENTUCKY MACHINERY:, :INC FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ONE :(1-)- -TANDEM ROLLER_ AND.AUTHORIZI-NG _ THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE -A'CONTRACT.FOR SUCH PURCHASE"', be. adopted.
