A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held on October 18, 2005, at 5:00
p.m., at the West Kentucky Community & Technical College in Crounse Hall. Those
present were Commissioners Coleman, Guess and Mayor Paxton (3). Commissioners
Sirk and Smith arrived late (2).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Guess offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, October 18th and 19th'
2005, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Sirk, and Mayor Paxton (3).
The City Commission, County Commission, Advisory Council, City and County
Planning Commissions were in attendance for the discussion of a new comprehensive
plan. The discussion was led by Lane Kendig, of Lane Kendig, Inc., to see which type of
zoning the Commissions would like to choose for the future.
Meeting adjourned approximately 7:15.
