A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held at the Reidland Community
Center, 149 Park Road at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2005. Those present were
Mayor Paxton, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Sirk and Smith (5).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Mayor Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the Notice of
/ Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for 5:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, August 16, 2005, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Sirk, Smith and
Mayor Paxton (5).
This was an informational meeting held by Lane Kendig, Inc. (consultant preparing
comprehensive plan for the city and county), for discussion of the direction of the
comprehensive plan for the City and County. Both the City and County Planning
Commissions attended as well as the City and County Commissions.
The meeting adjourned at approximately at 6:30 p.m.
