A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held in the Mayor's Office at City
Hall at 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2005. Those present were Mayor Paxton,
Commissioners Guess and Sirk (3).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Guess offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Sirk, that the Notices
of Called Meeting for 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2005, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Guess, Sirk, and Mayor Paxton (3).
This meeting was held for review of the NIMS survey. Fire Training Officer Rathman
explained the National Incident Management System (NIMS) process and necessary
response for the 2006 Homeland Security Funding cycle.
