AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH MORRIS FENCING, INC. FOR
THE PURCHASE OF FENCING FOR BROOKS STADIUM
WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 2009-2-7518 to enter into a
contract with Morris Fencing, Inc., in the amount of $20,401.00 for the purchase of entry
fencing for Brooks Stadium; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for an increase in the amount of
$237.54, for purchase of heavy-duty latches to upgrade the security, increasing the total
contract price to $20,638.54.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $237.54 for purchase of heavy-duty latches for the entry
fencing for Brooks Stadium, increasing the total contract price to $20,638.54.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
