At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber,
City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, on October 13, 1981, Mayor Protein Coleman Presided and
upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Flynn, Ford,
Viterisi and Mayor Protein Coleman (4) . Mayor Penrod was absent (1) .
Commissioner Flynn offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Ford,. that the
reading of the Minutes for September 22 -and October 6, 1981 be waived and that the Minutes
of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioner's Flynn,-, Ford., Viterisi and Mayor Protein Coleman
Commissioner Flynn offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Vite�isi, that the
following Planning Commission Reports be received and filed:
Resolution proposing amendment of Section 62 by creating Section
62.17.1, Repainting in the Historical Zone.
Request of Jr. Food Mart to close an alley located between Trimble
and Clay and 'in a 'northerly and southerly direction east of North
32nd Street.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Flynn, Ford, Viterisi and Mayor Protein
Coleman (4) .
Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Vi
recommendation of the City Manager, the Board of Commissioners of the City

STUDY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A' CONTRACT FOR SUCH STUDY". This

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SUCH PURCHASE"'.
