A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, by Municipal Order No. 799, adopted by the City of Paducah
" on April 13, 1999, the City of Paducah adopted a Comprehensive Health Insurance
Benefit Plan Summary for fulltime employees of the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to update this plan in order to include
changes that were effective July 1, 2002.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah adopts Amendment No. 8 to the
Comprehensive Health Insurance Benefit Plan Summary for Employees of the City of
Paducah. This amendment is to update this plan to include changes that were effective
July 1, 2002, and to bring the plan into compliance with certain federal guidelines.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
