MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 'T 70
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $50,000.00 TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $50,000.00, from the Commission Contingency Fund to the
Administrative Contingency account.
SECTION 2. This procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2002-6-6538
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 25, 2002.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
