MUNICIPAL ORDER NO.
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $12,500.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE URBAN RENEWAL & COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY LOWER TOWN REVITALIZATION FUND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $12,500.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Urban Renewal &
Community Development Agency Lower Town Revitalization Fund account for
acquisition of property located at 329 North 5th Street.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
