MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. VP
A MUNICIPAL ORDER INSTRUCTING THE CITY MANAGER
WHEN ISSUING PERMITS RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF GENERAL
ASSEMBLIES TO USE CERTAIN VERBAGE WITHIN THE PERMIT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby instructed when issuing permits
for general assemblies which include establishment of a permit control -area to insert in
the permit the verbage used in the ordinance. The permit should state that, "the event
coordinator shall have the general control of the activities to be conducted within the
permit area, subject, however, to the ultimate and superior control and jurisdiction of the
City."
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
