A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2009/2010 LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE
FEE GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,116.00 FROM THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE
CABINET FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a 2009/2010 Law Enforcement Service Fee grant in the amount of $12,116.00 from the
Kentucky Justice Cabinet for the Paducah Police Department to continue the current 2008/2009
LSF Grant for DUI enforcement.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
