A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A PADUCAH POLICE TRAFFIC SAFETY
MATCHING GRANT FROM THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$8,000.00 FOR CONDUCTING TRAFFIC SAFETY ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a Police Traffic Safety Matching Grant from the Kentucky State Police in the amount of
$8,000.00 for conducting traffic safety enforcement and education. The City cash match will be
provided in the amount of $8,000.00.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
