A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$7,500 FROM THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY FOR AN URBAN AND
COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a matching grant in the amount of $7,500 from the Kentucky Department of Forestry
for training of staff by the Kentucky Arborist Association. The Parks and Public Works
Department budgets will provide the local cash match of $7,500.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
