A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A ZERO TOLERANCE DUI PREVENTION
PROGRAM MATCHING GRANT FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
JUSTICE CABINET FOR DUI ENFORCEMENT AND PREVENTIVE EDUCATION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a Zero Tolerance DUI Prevention Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Justice Department in the amount of $24,000 for DUI enforcement and preventive education.
The local required cash match is in the amount of $6,000.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to account no. 001-0000-420-

SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
