MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. ` 5/
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APROVING THE REQUEST OF THE
PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO APPLY TO THE STATE FOR
EXPANSION OF THE ENTERPRISE ZONE BOUNDARY
WHEREAS, the Enterprise Zone was established on November 14, 1986;
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend benefits to the Industrial Park West
off Olivet Church Road.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah approves the request of the Planning
Department to apply to the State for expansion of the Enterprise Zone boundary to
include the Industrial Park West off Olivet Church Road.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
