A MUNICIPAL ORDER RESTATING THE
COMMISSION AGENDA DEADLINE
POLICY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The agenda for each meeting of the Board of Commissioners shall
close at 3:30 p.m. on the Monday (three full business days) preceding the Friday before the
Tuesday Commission Meeting. Documents turned in to the City Clerk after this date shall be
postponed until next regular Commission Meeting. Exceptions must be reviewed by the City
Clerk and approved by the City Manager. The Clerk shall prepare a typed agenda and send a
copy of same to each member of the Board of Commissioners, together with any supporting data
and recommendations of the City Manager, on the Friday immediately preceding the Tuesday
Commission Meeting.
