A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AMENDED RATES TO BE
CHARGED BY WILBERT VAULT COMPANY OF PADUCAH INC. FOR BURIAL
SERVICES AT OAK GROVE CEMETERY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 97-12-5781, the City of Paducah
- and Wilbert Vault Company of Paducah Inc. executed an Agreement for burial services at
Oak Grove Cemetery; and
WHEREAS, rates for these services are being amended at this time.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves amended rates
charged by Wilbert Vault Company for burial services at Oak Grove Cemetery. These
rates are attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.

Dear Mr. Thompson:
Since our signing of the agreement with the City of Paducah concerning Oak grove Cem., we have not had
a price increase for our burial services.
With your approval we would like to impose the following prices for our services in Oak grove Cem:
Grave Digging (Including moving excess dirt)* $250.00
Regular Oversize Grave Digging (Including moving excess dirt)** $300.00
Extra Lg. Oversize Grave Digging (Including moving excess dirt)*** $360.00
Small Grave Digging (Including moving excess dirt)**** $125.00
Tent & Equipment (Services without Wilbert Product) $155.00
Handling Charge for Steel Vaults Dropped Off $100.00
Sunday Extra Charge $ 50.00
Holiday Extra Charge (Holiday Listed Below) $ 65.00
Holidays for which we have an extra charge for are the following: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July
4`h, Labor Day, Veterans Day, & Thanksgiving Day. There will be no services on Christmas Day.
