WHEREAS, McCracken County Judge-Executive Danny Orazine, served,
' first as a commissioner of the McCracken County Fiscal Court
for a period of eight years; and
WHEREAS, Judge Orazine was then elected as Judge-Executive of
McCracken County and began serving on January 1,1994; and
WHEREAS, Judge Orazine has faithfully served the citizens of our county
for over 16 years; and
WHEREAS, Judge Orazine has dealt with many important issues for
example countywide zoning, building inspections and adult
entertainment issues; and
WHEREAS, in his commitment and dedication to McCracken County
Judge Orazine has proven to be an immovable object when
standing up for the people of McCracken County, Kentucky;
and

~~/ WHEREAS, at the November Conference of the Kentucky Association of
Counties Judge Orazine was honored by his peers in the
Kentucky County Judge-Executive Association by being
named the outstanding county judge-executive for the year
2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
That in recognition of the leadership, vision, and all of the many contributions to the welfare
and safety of this community we express our sincere appreciation to Danny Orazine for his
dedication and service to the Paducah-McCracken County community, and hereby direct the
City Clerk to make this resolution a part of the permanent records of the City of Paducah as
e`xpressi our appreciation.
