A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO THE
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, by Municipal Order No. 799, adopted by the City of Paducah
on April 13, 1999, the City of Paducah adopted a Comprehensive Health Insurance
Benefit Plan Summary for full time employees of the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to update this plan in order to bring its health
insurance plan into compliance with final Health Insurance Portability & Accountability
Act (HIPAA) regulations.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah adopts Amendment No. 6 to the
Comprehensive Health Insurance Benefit Plan Summary for Employees of the City of
Paducah. This amendment brings the City health insurance plan into compliance with
final Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
