A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE TOTAL SUM
OF $6,000 TO THE PADUCAH COOPERATIVE MINISTRY,
THE FAMILY SERVICE SOCIETY AND THE SALVATION
ARMY ACCOUNTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer the total sum of $6,000.00 from the Commission Contingency Fund, to be
divided equally to the following accounts:
Paducah Cooperative Ministry: $2,000.00
Family Service Society: $2,000.00
Salvation Army: $2,000.00
This fund transfer procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2010-6-6362, adopted by the
Board of Commissioners on June 26, 2001.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is further authorized and directed to
pay the sums to the agencies as outlined in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
