MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. %4p
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING WITHDRAWAL OF $50,000 OF
SURPLUS SECTION 8 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE RESERVES TO BE USED FOR
HOUSING IN THE LOWERTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to HUD regulations, Section 8 operating reserves
may be used for housing related expenses that are related to assisted housing.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah
approves the request to withdraw the sum of $50,000 of surplus Section 8 Administrative
Fee Reserves to be used for housing in the Lowertown Revitalization Project.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
