A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR AN
AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND (AHTF) GRANT FOR THE CHRISTMAS
IN APRIL PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary between the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the City of
Paducah for an Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Grant in the amount of
$40,000.00 to partially fund the Christmas in April Program. The City will provide
matching funds in the amount of $2,000.00 for this program.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
