A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS
NECESSARY BETWEEN KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE CITY
OF PADUCAH FOR A HOME PROGRAM HOMEBUYER 2001 GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary between the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the City of
Paducah for a HOME Program Homebuyer 2001 Grant in the amount of $217,068.00.
The City will provide matching funds in the amount of $10,853.00 for this program.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
