A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A HOME
PROGRAM HOMEOWNER REHABILITATION GRANT AND AN AFFORDABLE
HOUSING TRUST FUND (AHTF) COMPANION GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all ,
documents necessary between the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the City of
Paducah for a HOME Program Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant in the amount of
$419,028.00, and for an Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Companion Grant in the
amount of $20,000.00. The City will provide matching funds in the amount of
$21,951.00 for these programs.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
