A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF
$5,000 TO THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ACCOUNT AND
TO PAY THE PADUCAH AREA ONE STOP COMMITTEE
THE SUM OF $5,000 FOR A REAL ESTATE AND
DEVELOPERS GUIDANCE WEBSITE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $5,000 from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Chamber of
Commerce Account for development of a One -Stop Real Estate Development Website
for the City of Paducah and McCracken County. This fund transfer procedure is
authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-6-6217, adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
June 27, 2000.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is further authorized and directed to
pay the sum of $5,000 to the Paducah Area One Stop Committee for development of a
Real Estate &Developers Guidance Website.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
