A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $10,000.00 TO THE
CITY GRANT/SOCCER ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $10,000.00, from the Commission Contingency Fund to the City
Grant/Soccer for sole purpose of providing local cash match for a Land and Water
Conservation Fund Grant for construction of a new soccer field, outdoor shelters and a
roadway and parking lot.
SECTION 2. This procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2001-6-6362
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 26, 2001.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
