A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE TOTAL SUM OF $30,000.00 TO THE
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR PURCHASE OF A PARCEL OF
PROPERTY ADJACENT TO INDUSTRIAL PARK WEST
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $30,000.00, from the Economic Development Fund to the Industrial
Development Authority for purchase of a parcel of property adjacent to Industrial Park
West.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
