A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT ACT T-21 NON -RENAISSANCE
GREENWAY MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $560,000.00, FROM THE
KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET WITH A CASH MATCH IN THE
AMOUNT OF $140,000.00, FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH GREENWAY PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application
and all documents relating to same, requesting a Transportation Enhancement Act T-21
Non -Renaissance Greenway matching grant in the amount of $560,000.00, from the
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the Paducah Greenway Project.
SECTION 2. Local cash matching funds will be in the amount of
