A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$2,500 FROM THE KENTUCKY LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR THE PURCHASE OF
PROTECTIVE AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a matching grant in the amount of $2,500 from the Kentucky League of Cities for the
purchase of protective and safety equipment and supplies. Matching funds will be provided by
various departments.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
