DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2009 COPS HIRING RECOVERY PROGRAM
GRANT THROUGH THE AMERCIAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009
FOR THE HIRING OF THREE POLICE OFFICERS FOR THREE YEARS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a 2009 COPS Hiring Recovery Program Grant through the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act in the amount of $636,100 for the hiring of three police officers for the
duration of three years.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
