Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah November S. 1986
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers, City
Hall, at 6:30 p.m. on November 5, 1986, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the fol-
lowing answered to their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 5, 1986, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor
Commissioner Cole offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of
�✓ Commissioners introduce and adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE LEVIES AND RATES OF
TAXATION ON ALL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, SUBJECT TO TAXATION FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
AND FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1986, THROUGH JUNE 30, 1987, WITH THE PURPOSES OF
SAID TAXES THEREUNDER DEFINED".
Setting the 1986-87 tax rate as follows:

Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of
Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the appointment,
discipline or dismissal of an individual employee.

At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Commission Chamber,
whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
