MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1760
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR A REIMBURSEMENT
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,120 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY OFFICE OF
HIGHWAY SAFETY FOR SPECIFIC TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT FOR THE PADUCAH
POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents necessary for a reimbursement grant through the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety
in the amount of $10,120. Said grant funds shall be expended for overtime traffic enforcement
activities related to distracted driver traffic enforcement during the week of April 7 through April
20, 2014 for the Paducah Police Department. No local cash or in-kind contribution is required.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
