MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 967
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SAFE HOMES PROGRAM
FOR A DRUG ENFORCEMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $53,000, FOR FUNDING
TO BE USED FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Safe
Homes Program for a drug enforcement grant in the amount of $53,000, for funding to be used
for the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
