MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. '7194P
A MUNICIPAL ORDER TRANSFERRING A VEHICLE FROM
SECTION 8 HOUSING DIVISION TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Section 8 Housing Division reimbursed the City for a vehicle
in 1994 for use in Section 8 program operations; and
WHEREAS, a new vehicle has been purchased for Section 8 from the FY
2001/02 budget, and the 1994 vehicle is being transferred to the Planning Department.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a 1994 Ford Taurus (#150) is transferred from the
Section 8 Housing Division to the Planning Department.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
