A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MODIFY, AMEND OR ABOLISH CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
` BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer is authorized to modify, amend or abolish
any, and all, interest that the City of Paducah may have in platted and/or otherwise dedicated
public easements located within or without the corporate limits of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That, prior to modifying, amending or abolishing, the City's interest
in a public easement, the City engineer shall make a determination that such action is in the best
interest of the City and in keeping with sound engineering practices.
SECTION 3. That the City Engineer may execute any and all documents, on
behalf of the City of Paducah, to accomplish the action authorized herein. Executed
document(s) regarding such action shall be recorded in the Office of the McCracken County
Clerk with copies being provided to the Office of the City Engineer, Office of the City Building
Inspector and the City Zoning Administrator.
SECTION 4. That this Municipal Order shall be effective on the date of its
adoption and shall remain in full force and effect until modified or revoked by action of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah.
